All papers must be submitted via our electronic platform. If you wish to send your contribution, locate the conference or journal that interests you in our web site and follow the instructions to upload it. We do not accept papers as e-mail attachments.
Only original research work is welcome. Submission of a paper to WSEAS or their affiliates is a declaration that it hasn't been published or simultaneously submitted anywhere else, and that includes other WSEAS conference or journals.
Overview or review papers will not be accepted.
Abstracts or draft versions will not be accepted. Make sure that you finalize your paper before you send it.
All papers must be written in the exact format stated in the web page of the conference or the journal to which it is submitted.
The author understands that all papers are peer reviewed by 2-5 independent reviewers and that all their comments must be addressed by making the necessary revisions.
Papers shorter than 3 full pages or longer than 15 pages will not be accepted in a conference organized by WSEAS or their affiliates.
Papers shorter than 10 full pages or longer than 20 pages will not be accepted in a WSEAS journal.
Papers shorter than 8 full pages or longer than 20 pages will not be accepted in a NAUN journal.
By submitting a paper the author understands that its copyright is transferred to WSEAS. WSEAS may publish it at their discretion and the author may not resubmit it anywhere else, and that includes other WSEAS conference or journals.
By submitting a paper the author certifies that he/she has permission from every other coauthor mentioned in the paper to do so.
The author may withdraw a paper that is submitted to a conference organized by WSEAS or their affiliates no later than 30 days before the event. After that date WSEAS retains the copyright and publication rights, regardless of whether the paper was registered.
The author may withdraw a paper that is submitted to a journal of WSEAS or their affiliates only before the Editor in Chief declares it as 'camera ready'. After that date WSEAS retains the copyright and publication rights.
Revised versions of a conference paper will only be accepted before the designated deadline that is communicated to all authors by e-mail. Any revisions after that date will be ignored.

The author understands that every paper submitted to a conference organized by WSEAS or their affiliates must be registered by at least one author, unless there exists a special written arrangement between the author and WSEAS. The instructions for the registration will be sent to the author by e-mail after the acceptance of the paper. No paper must be registered before the official notification of acceptance is received.
Papers registered after the designated registration deadline will be included in a future WSEAS publication.
The author understands that every paper submitted to a journal of WSEAS or their affiliates is published in case of acceptance and that no registration fees are required.

Starting with the multiconference in Chania, Crete Island, Greece in August, the registration fee for all our conferences will cover papers up to 10 pages instead of six that was the previous limit.
