Aim:

This special issue aims to report state-of-the-art developments in smart computing and digital technology in industrial revolution for efficient engineering design, automation, and intelligent systems. Such developments are expected to result in transforming society and living conditions for the better. Contents of this special issue will include three technical themes: computing, mobility, and manufacturing. The readership is interdisciplinary, including electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, computer engineering, computer science, information technology, and natural and physical sciences.

 

Topics: 

1. Computing Track: Image processing, signal processing, computer vision, time series, natural language processing, speech recognition, biometric recognition, pattern recognition, artificial intelligence, machine learning, robotics, computer algorithms, network analysis, knowledge-based systems, cloud computing, cognitive computing, cybersecurity, data analytics, etc.
2. Mobility Track: Cyber-physical systems, autonomous vehicles, internet of things, virtual and augmented reality, communication networks and security, e-mobility, e-service systems, distributed systems, social mobility, smart cities, energy, grid digitalisation, transportation, e-health, telemedicine, etc.
3. Manufacturing Track: Automation of manufacturing processes, digital twins in manufacturing, additive manufacturing (3-D printing), future factories, materials processing, smart design and facilities, factory robots, man-computer-robot interaction, production monitoring and prediction, machine diagnostics, etc.

 
 

How to submit:
You can upload your paper via the web site of the particular
WSEAS journal indicating in the Field: "Notes" the title of the Special Issue 



Note that the Deadline for Paper submission is 31st December of 2021.
However the organizers review the papers and publish them in a continuous flow. You do not need to wait the acceptance of the other papers in your session to publish your paper. In case that your paper passes the first round of review (some times the second round of review), it can be published if you satisfy the reviewers' comments and remarks and the Editor-in-Chief decides that your paper You do not have to wait the peer review of the other papers in your Session.
