WSEAS CONFERENCES. WSEAS, Unifying the Science

TERMS FOR A WSEAS CO-SPONSORED CONFERENCE:

1. WSEAS Co-Sponsorship is granted for one Conference only. If the Organizers wants to repeat the conference in the next year, they must apply for a WSEAS Co-Sponsorship separately.

2. WSEAS must appear as Co-Sponsor (not as Sponsor or as Organizer).

3. The Organizers must add also a link to the WSEAS www.wseas.org
and must use the WSEAS Logo in the appropriate size from the central web page of the conference. They can download the WSEAS Logo from: http://www.worldses.org/logotype.gif

4. The Organizers must use the Name and the Logo of the WSEAS in any Advertizing Material,
Proceedings, Post-Conference Publications (if any).

5. Optional Agreements, analogously the case, can include the Publication of the Best papers of the Conference in the WSEAS Transactions. In case of agreement, the WSEAS can also propose one or two members in the International Scientific Committee of the Conference. The Organizers could accept the members that the WSEAS has proposed.

6a. None financial obligation exists for the WSEAS against the Conference Organizers.
6b. None financial obligation exists for the Conference Organizers against the WSEAS.

7. WSEAS gives Co-Sponsorship only to universities, laboratories, scientific organization, non-profit institutes and other entities that have proved their philanthropic and social role

8. The WSEAS Administration, the WSEAS Working Groups and the WSEAS Technical Committees can give advices and hints to the Conference Organizers regarding:
a) Publicity of the Conference
b) Publications of the Conference
c) Rejection Rate of the Conference (WSEAS prefers to sponsorship conferences with high rejection rate)
d) Members in the Committee
e) Keynote - Plenary Speakers
These advices and hints are not obligatory for the organizer-chairman of the conference.

9. It is permitted for the WSEAS Co-Sponsored conferences to have commercial companies as: commercial sponsors
(not as academic sponsors or as academic advisors). It is also permitted to receive fees from Industrial Partners and is also
permitted to organize excursions and other social activities, like visits in universities, laboratories etc....

10. In case of any Violation of the previous Terms, the WSEAS can retract (i.e. withdraw) the co-sponsorship.
