International Conference on
Aerospace Systems Engineering
Sponsored, Organized and Hosted by the
UNIVERSITY of HOUSTON - DOWNTOWN
http://www.uhd.edu/

Houston,
USA, April 30-May 2, 2009
http://www.wseas.org/conferences/2009/usa/ase/
General Chair: Dr. Periklis E. Papadopoulos
The workshop is a premier world event devoted to fostering international
participants interested in the application of systems engineering practices
for space and aerospace-based technologies and applications. The workshop
includes topics related to systems engineering applications for satellites,
launch vehicles, UAVs, planetary probes, aircrafts and spacecrafts,
methodologies and modeling tools. The event will bring together emerging
space technologies, aerospace products, and complementary core expertise
from key scientists, engineers, program managers, investors, and
policy-makers from across the globe. Representing several countries across
the world, our participants will present the state-of-the-art in
technologies of interest to the aerospace systems engineering community.
This event will have a unique format, which emphasizes, as its primary
deliverable, the definition and implementation plans for technology infusion
projects within various industry segments relevant to aerospace
technologies, policies and standards. The workshop aims to significantly
advance activities of all sector consortia within the international
aerospace systems engineering community.

The organizing committee calls you to submit your papers, special sessions
and tutorials.

JOURNALS:
BEST PAPERS: The authors of the
Best Papers will be invited to send
extended versions of their papers after the conference to the
Editor-in-Chiefs of WSEAS Journals. These extended versions might be
published in the WSEAS Journals after the conference with additional review.
This very limited number of high-quality
papers will be announced in the
Post-Conference report of the
Conference.
No-show authors will be excluded from any further publication in
WSEAS
Journals, regardless of the quality of their papers. Additionally,
they will be required to pay extra shipping and handling fees in order for
the organizing committee to mail out their registration receipt, CD-ROM
proceedings, and the hard-copy proceedings.
