Since the deadline has expired in July 31, 2009, we can accept your paper only as a later paper: That means that in case of acceptance your paper will be published in the Proceedings of an appropriate WSEAS conference of September 2009, in an ISI Book in Sept. 2009 (both of them will be sent you by post without additional cost for you) and the extended version of your paper will be published in a textbook of the Springer Verlag or alternatively, if you prefer, in a WSEAS or NAUN Journal.
