The mandatory part of
the registration fees includes:
a) Publication of your paper in the
Book of the Proceedings (Hard Copy) with ISBN number as Proceedings
and ISSN Number as International Book series. A copy of the Book of the
Proceedings will be given to you during the conference. In case of multiple
volumes, the author receives the hard-copy of the volumes where his paper(s)
has/have been published.
b) Publication of your paper in the
CD-ROM Proceedings containing the Proceedings of all the WSEAS
International Conferences that will be held in parallel in the same place. A
copy of this CD-ROM, containing the Proceedings of all the joint
international conferences will be given to you during the conference.
c) Publication of your paper in the
WSEAS on-line e-library
http://www.worldses.org/online/download.htm . A username and a password
will be given to you with full access to all the WSEAS Conference
Proceedings (since 1996) immediately after your registration.
possible: d) JOURNAL PUBLICATION: The authors of the best
papers will be invited to send extended versions of their papers to various
international reputable journals, WSEAS Transactions included. However,
these papers must be of high-quality (break-through work) and a new round of
a very strict review will follow.
No additional fee will be required for the publication of the extended
version in a journal.
Note that only papers that will be presented by an author in the
conference could be considered for possible journal publication.
The main registration includes also 6 rich coffee-breaks,
as well as a Banquet with a great variety of different meals (menus).

Also in the main registration fees: Certificate of attendance, other
documentation, conference bag, conference folder, admission to all sessions,
special sessions and tutorials in all conferences that will be held in
parallel in the same place.
Extra Pages:
The main
registration justifies publication of one paper up to 6 pages. For more than
6 pages, there exists an extra fee: 100 EUR/per page.
Extra Papers: 250
EUR for each additional paper. The additional fee of 250 EUR justifies
publication of an additional paper up to 6 pages. For more than 6 pages,
there exists an extra fee: 100 EUR/per page.

Student Registration (without paper to
present, only attendance)
1. It is Free for the students of the University
of Algarve, Portugal
(without conference bag and conference material, but with access to all the
sessions and coffee-breaks. Without Banquet)
2. 50 EUR for the students of the University of Algarve, Portugal
(with conference bag, conference material and CD-ROM Proceedings, with
access to all the sessions and coffee-breaks. Without Banquet)
3. 100 EUR for the students of the University of Algarve, Portugal
(with conference bag, conference material and CD-ROM + Hard-Copy
Proceedings, with access to all the sessions and coffee-breaks. Without
Banquet)
4. It is 220 EUR for all the other students and for students of Univ. of
Algarve that they want to participate in the Banquet. Student
Registration of 220 EUR includes conference bag, access to all sessions, coffee-breaks
and banquet.
In every case, the Student registration cannot be applied to students that present
paper(s) in the conference. Student registration includes proceedings,
coffee-breaks and banquet, but can not justify publication of the paper in
the proceedings neither presentation of a paper. Rate is for an attendee
only.
A student may present the paper as long as the full author registration
fee has been paid by a co-author.
