INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS:
Please read the
following lines carefully. Failure to comply with
those rules may result to the publication of the wrong version of your paper, or
even the non publication of it. WSEAS will not be responsible for this.
-
Before you upload your
paper:
-
Make sure that your paper is written
in the correct
WSEAS format. Everything in your paper must comply with the sample; the
two columns, the fonts, the line spacing, the paragraph numbering and the
left-right-top-bottom margins.
-
Note that WSEAS does not accept
abstracts; your paper must be the full version of your work.
-
Note that the minimum number of pages is
3 and the maximum 9.
-
While you are uploading
your paper:
-
Double check the information you enter in
the respective fields.
-
If the upload fails, try submitting it
again. When you succeed, note the last 6-digit ID number the
system gives you. It is very important that you mention that number in every
correspondence with WSEAS, in order for us to be able to reply to your
request as quickly and as efficiently as possible. If you lose the ID number
or (in case of a multiple upload) if you are not sure which of the numbers
correspond to your paper, contact WSEAS mentioning the title of your paper
and the full title of the conference you submitted it to. Do not
proceed with your registration and do not send any revised versions
of your paper until you are certain that you have a valid ID number.
-
When you receive a Notification of
Acceptance:
-
If your paper has been accepted, you may
proceed with your registration according to the instructions in the
Acceptance e-mail. Do not neglect to fill in the registration form
carefully, clearly writing the ID number and your credit card details (or
attach a bank receipt).
-
It is strongly advised that
you don't send us any new (revised) version of your paper before you
register. If, however, you feel that you must do so, always send them in
separate e-mails, clearly stating your ID number. Do not forget to write
WSEAS on the subject of your e-mail. E-mail messages such as "This is my
paper for the WSEAS conference" with no further information will be ignored.
-
After your registration:
Thank you for your
cooperation. If any of the above is not clear, feel free to
contact us with your
questions.
