Brief Biography of the Organizers:

Prof. Lifeng Xi is a Professor of Information Science of Zhejiang Wanli University. He received the B.A. degree in applied mathematics from Nankai University in 1992 and the M.S. and Ph.D. in Fractal Geometry and its Applications from Zhejiang University in 1995. He has published more than 60 papers in journals and conferences. His research interests include Fractal Geometry, Image Processing, Intelligent Methods and Chaos Theory. He is the director of 3 major projects at national level (supported by National Science Foundation).

Dr. Kun Gao received his Ph.D. in the Information Science and Technology College from the Donghua University in 2006. His M.S. degree was received in the Information College from Jilin University. His research interests include Grid Computing, Distributed Computing, Data Mining and Web Service. He has published many papers in refereed journals and international conference proceedings. He has been main members of several major projects in national level.
