Brief Biography of the Organizer:

Dr. Diaz, studied architecture at the “Universidad Ricardo Palma”-Lima, Peru, from 1979-1984. He moved to Mexico City in 1989 where he studied his master/s in Urban Planning. From 2001-2003 he studied his doctorate in Urban Design. His professional experience extends for more than 15 years. He has worked as a private consultant for the government of Mexico developing some Transport Planning Programs. He has been a lecturer in some recent international conferences sponsored by the Wessex Institute of Technology-UK, as well as, the WSEAS. He has been invited by the International Institute for Mobility Training, located at Geneva-Switzerland as a professor for some postgraduate courses. He’s currently developing a research entitled “The Pedestrian City” with support of the government of Mexico.
