Brief Biography of the Speaker:
Serban E. Vlad is born in 1959 in Oradea, Romania. He is an electrical engineer, founding member of ROMAI and member of GAMM (the Romanian and the German societies of industrial and applied mathematics). Fields of interest: asynchronous systems and binary valued mathematics.
